I recently reinstalled my operating system and came back here to continue getting work. However, I found that my account info was gone. It said an account with my email address did not exist. I've been working with this account for 10 years and I am very disappointed this has happened. Anyone else have this problem? I've since created a new account with my OLD email address.

Each project you need to create new accounts. This project has only been around for about a year. So if you never crunched here before you did need to make a new account.
