I've several units needing to be reported and keep getting the "communication deferred" response. Is something wrong with the server or is it on my end?

Yes, something is wrong - admin thinks it's an internal BOINC issue. I've got hundreds of results myself waiting to get uploaded too and being deferred.

I have 22 waiting to report on a Windows 8.1 PC, and another 3 on a Windows 7 PC. On a 3rd (laptop) running Windows 7 I have none waiting to report and no new tasks.

I can't get new tasks to run on any of my machines. I get constant timeouts.

On the laptop with no tasks waiting to report and no tasks to run, the BOINC Server appears to be looping, { Fetching Work, then Communication Deferred } -- approximately 1 minute loops.

Can't report, can't get new work. Running other projects *****
