I think it would encourage all of us to add more tasks if we could see the results in a more timely manner. Let me reference Einstein@home and PrimeGrid projects. Timely notice of discoveries makes me want to run more of there tasks with the possibility of actually obtaining scientific results from my CPU's Thanks!! |

More timely updates may encourage a greater number of tasks per distributed computer. The example of this can be shown in "Cosmology@Home" individual and team points status updated on a daily basis. This seems to have dramatically increased the number of tasks completed Thanks!! |
