Hey branjo,
Never mind the Trolls. They provoke, then twist your words as self entertainment.
Their arguments are as flawed as their logic is full of holes.
They expend all that effort and energy in the misguided idea that others will not be able to see through them and think readers of their delusional pap will consider them brilliant.
Just let them continue to amuse themselves; don't fall for their baiting.

I agree branjo,
Asimov had ideas that were hundreds of years ahead of his time.
What I said was "silly",however, was mining them... well.
"Personally, I think mining is a silly idea, but they gotta be good for something."
Unfortunately, that statement was not well thought out.
I was only considering the metals as the object of the mining.
The real mining to be done on an asteroid is for water.
Water makes fuel for propulsion to push spacecraft around the solar system. That is a very useful thing to mine.
Gold and Palladium are going to be the stuff we have to move out of the way to get to the water.

The more knowledge we have about them, the better decisions can be made how to best use them.
Let's keep crunching the numbers to help the future explorers and scientists toward utilization of this possible resource.

I don't know how big it is... but there is one that has an earth orbit...(2010 TK7) It is trapped in a location that causes it to always remain in front of the Earth as both travel around the Sun.

(Yes, someone even has a flag design ready for it.)

Less download errors now than earlier.
I think they are getting "purged".
I will keep updating to help "clean" the bad WU's from the server.
Will there be a server move soon?
... or was splitting/moving the functions enough of a fix?

This is a 2 hour Video of the Announcement NASA made today about their new "commitment" to spearhead asteroid research.

The challenge, which was announced at an asteroid initiative industry and partner day at NASA Headquarters in Washington, is a large-scale effort that will use multi-disciplinary collaborations and a variety of partnerships with other government agencies, international partners, industry, academia, and citizen scientists. It complements NASA's recently announced mission to redirect an asteroid and send humans to study it.
