I also suffered this problem, and I raised a support ticket (3108345) direct with Malwarebytes. I have today received a reply from Malwarebytes, saying:

I have asked the researchers to check this site for you and I have been told that this block will be lifted.

I'm interpreting that to say that this was a false alarm all along - they make no mention of removing any actual malware.

If you continue to get warnings, you are advised to ensure that your copy of Malwarebytes is fully updated.
