I'm thinking about eGPU under Thunderbolt 4, because I'll have:
Dell Latitude 5521 with i7-11850H, 32GB RAM DDR4-3200, with dedicated MX450 graphics, two Thunderbolt 4 ports and 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 .
Can I use an Nvidia Tesla, Radeon Instinct or mining card, e.g. Nvidia P106 without video output: HDMI/DP?

Limited bandwidth is generally less important for mining or computing tasks than it is for gaming. Apart from that, it functions like any other GPU in its category.
