Thanks, yes, I can can see MacOS 11 or later running on ARM on the list, which I assume means all the Apple Silicon ARM chips, from the M1 to M4, pro, max, and ultra chips?

yes, Apple Silicon ARM-based chips (M1+) have a native application
older x86 Intel-based MACs (with Mac OS 10.14+) are also supported

Does this project run faster on Apple Silicon CPU's with or without the Efficiency cores enabled?

Cause on the folding at home forum, I was told to set CPU core utilization to only the amount matching my performance core count, which is 4, compared to 6 efficiency cores, for a total of 10, and this makes Folding at home run faster.

I would assume so that here is the same case. Both projects use the highest SIMD function of a cpu to compute.

Thanks for the response, I'll be doing some testing for this with other projects, and get some results :)
