There is going to be a big maintenance starting 2025-08-17 and it will take about 1 - 2 weeks. We'll be doing upgrade of Debian and BOINC server. We are going to make complete backup before that which will take some time.

Are you going to implement a separate science database along with the working database so we don't have 8 months of old data still in our accounts to load every web page visit?

No, this project has been continously active since late 2022 when it came back online.

Good luck. As a person who began working in IT in 1970, I know that Murphy's Law is real, so we must all plan accordingly. Patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to rebuilding and/or upgrading complex systems. Put on your noise-cancelling headphones - you don't need to hear anything but your own thoughts and music. Again, good luck.

Best of luck not to wake the demon Murphy.

I hope you use that opportunity to get rid of the external scripts - and especially those freaking Google ones - on this site.
Thanks in advance!
Greetings, Jens

Welcome back The Project site looks good. What work still needs to be completed before new work is generated ?

In https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/host_stats.php, there seems to be (at least when I just checked) a bunch of:

Notice: Undefined variable: v in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/user/host_stats.php on line 94

And:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/user/host_stats.php:94) in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/inc/util.inc on line 278

at the top of the page.

Had to use a third part certificate work-around to get any work and the stats pages linked to in our profiles still can't access the exported data, likely because of the same missing certificates.

Good to hear it I'm not the only one. Could you detail your solution I'd like to give it a whirl.
Is it a certificate file i add or replace to BOINC?

Not my solution as such, you can find the steps here: https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/forum_thread.php?id=1153#9137

Unfortunately the job isn't finished as all the required server certificates were not updated.
