For several days now, I can't upload 50-60 work units.

STATUS is listed as UPLOADING, but I keep getting "Upload:retry in [countdown timer] (project backoff: [countdown timer])" where the two countdown timers show different times counting down.

Any clues as to a solution? I've tried multiple shutdowns and startups to no avail.

This has been happening to me (OS: MacOS Tahoe 26.1 on ARM) for the past ten or so days.

I am also having this issue. Multiple Apple machines:

ARM
- Tahoe 26.2
- BOINC 8.2.8

Intel
- Monterey 12.7.6
- BOINC 8.2.8

"Upload: pending (project backoff:...)"

It seems like these and other machines have not been able to download new work units for the same period.

It also seems as though this started around the time the machines were upgraded to BOINC 8.2.8.

Just downgraded BOINC from 8.2.8 to 8.2.4 on Intel Mac Mini running Sequoia 15.7.3.

Completed WU uploaded, new WU downloaded smoothly.

Suggest trying this to see if it helps anyone else as others have posted.

8.2.8 is a problem child for some of us....
