I have 29 A@H projects on my BOINC list currently, and 27 of 29 show 100% completion but a status of 'computation error'. is this a problem?

(I'm leaving tomorrow AM for a week so I'll try to check back in before I leave, but no guarantees. Here's the A@H logs just in case.)

Do you have multiple AMD drivers installed? (driver version 3652.0 (PAL,LC) + (driver version 3661.0 (PAL,LC)

We have a fix for systems with mixed GPUs, but I don't think it has been released yet, so this could be an issue.

Otherwise, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX should work fine. Please check the task logs in the slots directory or report those tasks back to the server (Update button), so we can check the logs at https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/results.php?hostid=833669

I only have one AMD driver as far as I know.

I'm not really sure what you want me to do with the logs though. I'm not fully versed on the more technical side of all this BOINC stuff, my computer just sits idle a lot so I wanted it to be dong something while I was away.

I hit update today when I got home, it says "communication deferred" with a counter for over 2 hours...

indicates that you have multiple drivers installed, which could potentially cause problems. Try doing a clean installation to rule out driver conflicts:

When the error rate becomes too high, the server automatically defers communication to avoid triggering a large number of failed tasks. However, to investigate the cause, we need a log from the application.

I tried to update and nothing happened. I hit 'reset project' and it gave me a bunch of tasks that once again failed.

I set it to not send anymore tasks until I get this figured out, then I hit update again to try and send the logs you asked for.
