crunching on a Raspberry Pi but no credits posted to Boincstats. Is a minimum number required before credits are relayed.

When I originally opened this account I had used the same Email addr as on other projects but a different user name. When I realized this I changed my user name to the same as on other projects. Could this be the cause?

I went to my account and "clicked" on Boincstats and it show my username as being assigned to A&H with a "combined" total, but the other projects I am participating in are not listed. Any idea whats going on?

if your problem is the same on other (better) stats-sites, the problem really is some kind of astreoids-thing.

A mixed jury, but Asteroids@home does NOT appear of 4 of the 6 providers, plus it does not even appear on the Asteroids@home My Account Page listing of active projects!

This is almost always due to using two different email addresses which results in you having two different accounts. You then expect the credits to be showing under account B but they're actually going to account A. Seen it happen 1,001 times, each time the user swears up and down he has always used the same email address, claims to have triple checkedf, but in the end it turns out he's got two different accounts and hasn't a clue which one he's using at the time. Not saying you have two different accounts, just saying you need to check that out thoroughly.

BTW, the user name means nothing to BOINC or boincstats, only the email address is relevant.

Another reason for this problem is that the stats service is not publishing stats from the project in question. The project admins have nothing to do with that so don't hound them about it. Their responsibility ends with making the stats available for stats sites to download. If a stat site isn't picking up the stats and using them it's not the project's fault. Since other stats sites are publishing Asteroids stats it's obvious Asteroids stats are available to stats sites. You might begin your investigation by checking to see if other Asteroids users' stats appear on boincststs. If they do then the fault is neither boincstats's nor Asteroids's. If they don't then ask the stats site admin why he's not publishing Asteroids stats.

Also, my Asteroids credits appear in Asteroids's "Projects Dagorath is participating in" page. IIRC it took several days (maybe even a week or more?) for my Asteroids stats to show there.

The BoincStats major update runs every Saturday night.
