I am very sorry for troubles with server. Server got to its limit and his capacity was very overloaded so there were many failures. The failures are partially solved now, database is temporarily moved to another server and its load is very decreased so server is functional now. Also there is going to be new server soon so I will notice again about the specific date when there is migration going to be.

When you get ready to swap out servers give us 2 day notice so we can pull as many as we can so we don't sit idle for two days. I've changed out servers many times. I move the new server 18 inches and it takes two days to get it back on line. Always thought the place was haunted......

No, you can continue computing, with the database on another server it looks that everything is ok.

Me too. Some workunits work, but most get a download failure.....

yep...all my errors are "download errors" too...the rest are validating fortunately

I am up to 932 download failures so far. The last time this happened the input files were missing from the server so they cannot be downloaded. Due to the project allowing up to 20 errors per work unit it might take a while to fail them all.

Due to the fact they never download BOINC thinks it has comms problems and backs off up to 24 hours, even though its probably a server-side issue.

hi i am new to this program I have not much experience, but I have seen several UFOs, the last was on Wednesday August 14, 2013 and June 1991 saw it clearly. September 2nd Monday on my laptop appeared a chart for several seconds in movement took a turn and trailed off. anyone know how I can find this chart to see what it was?

Kyong has finally found where is the problem and he is working on. There is a mismatch between database and filesystem. The problem is caused by server crash we experienced last week.
