I'm a new member at this project.

The first result got Credits at '11 Jan 2018, 5:45:05 UTC'.

It looks like since then (over 6 days ago) the statistic export don't work...

At my account page here Asteroids isn't shown at the participating projects list.
At all my other BOINC projects, Asteroids isn't shown at the participating projects list.
Also on the BOINCStats picture Asteroids isn't shown. (see signature)

What's the problem?

Normally the statistic export work every 24 hours?

I have a similar problem: asteroids@home is listed among the projects I am contributing to, BUT credits are not updated since several days, so my RAC on this project keeps going down even if I am actively working on the project.
Actually the problem is only with boincstats. In my BOINC manager and on the project home page, credits and RAC are updated regularly...

http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/stats/ shows that the export files were last generated at 08:36 on 2018-01-10.

I don't know if anyone from the project is monitoring these messages, but I am concerned about the stats outage as well, mostly because I am on a team and they depend on me to generate points for the various projects in which we participate. Asteroids is a project that I like to participate in, but I'll have to cut way back soon if stats appear to be broken indefinitely with no news about the problem or its resolution.

It looks like Kyong is:
Project administrator
Project developer
Project tester
Project scientist

I sent him a private message and mentioned this thread.

(Maybe he get a notification if he got a new private message.)

Hi, statistics export was disabled due to space that was needed to free up. I just reenabled all so tommorow the statistics should export.

Hi Kyong, the same problem appears to be happening again.

Same issue here.

Exporting Stats is now offline as per details here since Oct 24th when the Db Purge server was knocked out: http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/stats/

Same problem, still no stats export to boincstats since 30-12-2018; assuming this is something to do with new server issues? Disappointed no response still from admin...

Seems like Kyong is very busy man. Scientist, admin, project tester and developer all in one can be exhausting. I would appreciate simple message on forum acknowledging the issue, though.
