I am getting new work OK but I have a bunch in the "Transfer" page which are "Upload retry (Project backoff)

The server status page states that the db_purge process is not running as of this writing. Could this be related to this issue?

the out of space problem occurs from time to time. wait, get more wus done and by time it get fixed
