When running three work units on the computer I have had work units that never end (10+ hours and stuck on 1 second to complete). Shut down the computer and restarted and work unit got submitted. Now I have three work units that instead of taking just over 2 hours are now at 3 plus hours and 1 hour to go. Held the jobs and rebooted. Work units went back to zero work done. Laptop is quad core with hyperthreading. Only allowing 3 work units at a time and this happens. A fourth unit can start and finish without problems. Summary of problems: 1.) work unit seems to go into a forever loop and never finish. 2.) Pausing work unit and shutting down computer does not work and all work done is lost. |

This might be the same issue: Work unit 96813621 put no load on my GPU at all. I aborted it after a reboot failed to solve the issue. Also, someone else crunched this work unit on a CPU, and the work unit timed out as seen in https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/result.php?resultid=225982292. My result was at https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/result.php?resultid=226803514.
