Does the project use GPU double precision calculations or just single precision? I have a GPU which has got a pretty low single GFLOPS, but relatively very high double precision. The card was used in a CAD station. I am looking for a project which can utilise the feature of double precision calculations.

You should try MilkyWay@Home, the only project that actually asks for double precision GPUs -and will exclude all others from participating.
