Hi "Centro de Computacion de Fotometria Estelar",
The internel IP address has nothing to do with the situation when your client is not getting Work Units.
From what I can see on 3rd of November the PC with the ID 699441 (AMD Ryzen 5 3600X) had received 2 tasks and they have been successfully processed in 2 hours 6 min 30 sec and 1 hours 26 min 4 sec respectfully. Then on the very next day the same PC has got another set of over 1000 Work Units, which I hope are still in process. And very same PC has been receiving another set of 500 Work Units for the nest two days as well (5th & 6th of November) when that was the last reported time of contact has been made.
On other hand the picture with your other PC - ID: 694612 (AMD Ryzen 5 2600X) looks slightly different. It is clear that on 4th of November it has received more than 1100 WU with having half of them successfully completed and validated then by some reason rest of them has been aborted by you. Same faith has befallen the last WUs form the 5th and 6th of November.
So should I presume that everything is fine now?

Cheers.
Georgi
