Is this something to do with the update to 102.13 version?

My Android phone is still not receiving any work from the project no matter how much it tries.

Never had any problem getting work until the server crash... Phone is able to contact server and ask for work but nothing is received.

Wonder how long it will take to get any reply from the project manager... Looking at various posts in project forum, it seems communication is severely lacking.

It may have to do with their provisionary server. Maybe it can't handle the extra Android WU's. I would like to get some for my Galaxys, too! Until they get work from Asteroid they will continue to work for Universe which seems to be the only project other than World Community Grid supporting Android at the moment...

I'm doing Einstein at the moment.

Rosetta has intermittent work; several days/weeks with, then several without.

Yoyo and MooWrapper might, but I know they wouldn't work with Android 9, which is what I'm running...

Well we have been waiting since before this thread was started on 15 Nov 2020, 13:46:06 UTC (a bit over 7 MONTHS) now for any reply from the sole owner/admin to answer us.

Unfortunately, this project seems to be using the Mushroom Theory of Management!
For those who don't know about the Mushroom Theory of Management, it describes a style of management where employees or users (like mushrooms) are kept in the dark and periodically given a load of manure.

I've been receiving regular asteroid android tasks for months; I'm crunching them on a Samsung tablet, Boinc version 7.4.53, Android v. 8.1.0 with Samsung Experience v.9.5, Android security patch level 01 April 2020. WU's are generally taking about 33-34 hours to complete, and appear to be regularly replaced as they finish. Maybe if you check your task settings..?
