I'm assuming you run Windows 10 - otherwise the following may not be relevant. They almost certainly came via your internet browser(s). Possibly remembered in your browser history, or secretly downloaded after an unfortunate click. If they start when you open a browser, it's probably the former and you need to clean that browser's history. Otherwise it's probably the latter and an antivirus scan which also looks for PUPs is your best bet. You might be lucky to find it in startapps - and remove it via APPs. Be aware that Asteroids is not yet functional after hardware problems. Good luck. |

I'm assuming you run Windows 10 - otherwise the following may not be relevant. So far, I've had good luck with MalwareBytes Premium, for three computers. Fingers crossed. |
