Unable to add asteroids@home to boinc manager. Ended up with a message of "failed to add project". I am using a Mac OS 11.2.1. and the Boinc version is the most current.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe everyone that is trying to (re-)add the project is also having the same issue. As you probably know they had a big crash and were out of action for months, I don't think they are fully back to normality (I know current users started getting work a few days back which seems to have dried up).

It is curious that 2 new users have signed up in the last 24 hours but maybe they too couldn't add the project.

I don't recall the way I did, but you can add the project (which I did for one of my PC), so there is some ways to handle this.

The issue is, I think, due to the outdated certificate, so we have to wait that they renew it (anyways, no tasks available, so no need to add the project at that moment)
