Since I have about 10 machines (on a good day) running just Asteroids (filling in when I have to with World Grid, Milkyway, etc.), when I moved back to the Asteroids project, I only saw one failed download out of about 200. Thanks for your hard work, Kyong! Everything works and looks great here! When Asteroids goes dry on WU because of your work, moves, etc, I just set my day load to 1, with 0 reserve, and enable the other projects. Then, when you bring us more, I set my day load levels to 4 or 5 total, with reserve, AFTER I shut down the other projects. So it only takes a day for everything to get back to just Asteroids. I don't set day loads to go to 10 just because of unforeseen problems with any one computer going "poof" and disappearing for good - which has happened.

I had memory problems on occasion. www.wisecleaner.com took care of it. Hope that helps.

Yes! Thank you, Kyong. Everything is downloading great! So all machines are running exclusive Asteroids again. :)

Another thing kind of odd... When I looked, I had about 7 or 8 tasks waiting to report. When I did an update to Asteroids in BOINC, and then looked at the events log, it reported that I had 41 completed TASKS instead of the 6, 7, or 8 that actually was sent. Are some of the tasks not reported or delayed? and this is just an outstanding number? When I reported earlier that one of my machines reported 71 tasks in a 24 hour period - that would be impossible, as it can really only do about 10 in 24 hours.

I'm running 8 machines and have the same problem with downloads.. but enough get through to keep them busy.. however, on this machine, I did 71 WU completed in 24 hours but only have 400 credits.. so validation must be taking awhile, too.. bet Kyong is busy, and I wish I knew how to help.
