How is this initial estimate calculated? Doesn't Asteroids have all the information it needs from the machine capabilities and preferences for it to come up with a better initial estimate? Very admittedly, people with much greater knowledge than I come up with these estimates. I would just like to understand a bit more about how these estimates are determined. Some posts indicate that these get better with time. How does that happen? I would like to understand the process better. Thanks for your time, Bill |
