They still have better double precision speed than most cards since 2013, not sure what data precision Asteroids Project can get by... The project keeps sending notices in Boinc to use the latest CUDA drivers, but this is not possible. CUDA capabilities before 3.0 are out of CUDA support for SDK versions later than 8.1. Alternatively, the project can support OpenCL 1.1. FYI. |
