There is a new batch of WUs pushed yesterday (with the DB_Purge down since at least 24 to 48 hours from now).

This number was also fluctuating (going up and down, passing 3000 from time to time), but all seems back to normal since then for me, the only WUs "waiting for validation" in my account status page are related to units not done by another computer.

PS : Yesterday, there was also the "Transitioner backlog" up to 3 or 4 (hours), I'm sure this is fine with the server disk space for now, but as not project admin seems to talk there lately... hard to tell what's going on "in the backyard".

Ok, so if I take you on this, you did post in:
"Technical News"
Description of the forum is :
"Technical news from this project"

This is meant for news of the project in a technical point of view (and by the manager(s) of the project).

So, no anger there, but wrong place.

Best place is under : "General issues" then, you could have go over : "Problems and bug reports" where description is : "Report problems here"

Have a good day ;)
(Last answer for me, you I get "mad" on you, but if there was someone else posting this same kind of message there, that would have been the same, nothing against you personally.)

Hostile because : http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/forum_thread.php?id=818

And about your search skills :

http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/forum_thread.php?id=815
http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/forum_thread.php?id=816

You don't even need to search, for such issues, just look the forums where there is some recent activities, it's the basics...

Last one : Like almost all BOINC Projects, there is a good page to look at : http://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/server_status.php

Just at looking this, you would have saw that the servers were down ;)
(And yes, I was borred to see the same post again and again)

Good news, servers looks back online and working (at least for me, 1620 tasks waiting to validate, was 150 to 300 before servers crash, so you see, 20 tasks, it's "nothing" :D #lilJoke )

Nah, if I was working for Dell, I would I say "Could you repeat your problem ? Did you restart your computer ? Did you try to clear the cache ?", things like that ;)

PS: "UniversDeDell" was a French community site for Dell hardware advices and support (closed since a couple of years now, but I keep this tag, the only Dell PC I've are at my work :D )

Am I wrong ?
4 messages, 4 times the same... at some point, he should stop, that will not make the system working again faster...

There is way too many people crying overthere for the actual servers issue... can't they read the other post and then wait ? (they can reply, but stop copy pasta of useless messages, one is enough)

As the project is "down for maintenance", I'm pretty sure that they are working on a solution, wait&see.

25 tasks, it's "nothing", just stop the projet untill they fix the servers issues if you do not want to get them stuck.

I've more than 600-1000 tasks (which get off the upload queue, waiting to validate by the server so they get ride on the BOINC app ; I didn't checked all my PC/servers working on it) and I do not cry that much.

I'm pretty sure that the project manager know about the issue, but maybe he need time to fix this (if he need to add more disk space, there is "NO Magic" for that...)

I'm not sure, but for me, this is fixed credits, nothing to see with the runtime of any WUs.

Time / CPU time for an "avx_win10" unit : 5558 / 5215
Time / CPU time for a "cuda102_win10" unit : 432 / 2

Both credits are 480.

And if you compare this to "Collatz", do not. Each projects has his own rules, and from what it looks like, here this is fixed credit for any kind of WUs you do.
