- A passerby discovered the body of a teenager who plummeted from a fourth-floor balcony after attending a drug-fuelled party.


Four other teens aged between 16 and 19 were hospitalised
after police found the dead teenager's friends
in as 'semiconscious' state, inside a Gold Coast apartment, on Saturday morning. 
Two 16-year-old boys, believed to be a part of the group, were arrested
at around 2.20am between View Avenue and the Esplanade
for possessing prescription drugs. 
Paramedics said they were called to the unit in Surfers Paradise after a member of the public spotted a body on the
pavement at around 3.19am.
They tried to perform CPR on the 19-year-old, who was
from Brisbane, but they were too late.

The Brisbane man was having a post lockdown party with a group of friends at
an apartment building on the Gold Coast , Queensland, when he
fell four storeys on Friday night

Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) Senior Operations
Supervisor Neil Stead said the teen had 'traumatic injuries'.

'CPR was commenced on the individual and it was later called
off.

He could not be resuscitated and was deceased on scene. 
Queensland Ambulance told Daily Mail Australia seven people were assessed at
the scene.

of balcony plunge deaths in Surfers Paradise.

2019.
