- Roche has issued a recall on Valium across Australia after discovering evidence of
suspected tampering by an employee who had been swapping the medication with a different drug.
Following the discovery the company has decided to recall all five milligram Valium
tablets which comes in a 50 tablet blister packs as a precaution.
It is believed the tampered Valium packs have been swapped with paracetamol codeine tablets, BTC Rosuvastatin 10mg tablets and Apotex-Pantoprazole 40mg tablets
which can be detrimental to one's health.

The company advises its customers to return these tablets immediately to
the nearest pharmacy for a full refund or arrange for an alternative
medication.
The company said recall was issued after the drug maker had
consulted it with the Therapeutic Drugs Administration (TGA).
'If a patient has an affected pack, Order Valium Cod
there is a risk that they will not have adequate supply
of their medicine and could take the incorrect medicine, which could have serious health consequences,' the Therapeutic Goods Administration said in a statement.

The tampered Valium packs have been swapped with paracetamol codeine
tablets
[url=][/url] reported on Tuesday that the company suspects a
single employee in the supply chain who has been stealing the
tablets and exchanging them with other medications to avoid being caught.
The theft was reported by Roche to the New South Wales police on May 26.
'Roche is confident that tampering occurred after the Valium stock was shipped from the Roche warehouse in Australia,' a spokesman for buy Diazepam with no

Authorities believe that not many packets were affected,
but the recall was done as a precaution.
Police have confirmed their involvement adding that investigations on the theft were still ongoing.
