Account Activation - Administrators can decide

users have to decipher in order to be able to proceed
with the registration. Verification Questions - Administrators can introduce a number of custom questions and answers.

several different methods of registration employed for new members, as you can see in the first drop down. The level of complexity for a verification code can be set from
none (no verification code displayed) to extreme (the letters
are extremely distorted and it should be very difficult to decipher for
the automated spammers).

Advanced users should only use this setting. SpamAssassin developers calibrate scores, and changing them is likely to have unpredictable side effects.
For most users, configuring SpamAssassin is as
simple as activating it and choosing whether to use the Spam Box or Auto-Delete.
You may need to adjust the default Threshold Score to suit your email hosting scenario,
but once that’s done, SpamAssassin will work in the background

There are usually large blank spaces at the top of the email, and
you can sometimes tell when it includes a snapshot of a page because it
isn’t clickable. An easy way to identify a scammers
and spam email is when you don’t use a service provided by
the company that is reaching out to you, or if you don’t have an account with this
company. For example, receiving an email from a bank that you’ve never used.
They will probably try to add scare tactics by saying your account has been compromised and needs to be updated.
On the other hand, they will say there is a large sum of money waiting in your account that needs to be accepted by logging in.
In some cases, they will set up the email to make you believe
your account is on hold, or suspended, and needs to
be confirmed via a link.
You can also add Giphy to Slack or other messaging platforms.
To do this, right-click on the GIF and select "Save." Then, navigate to the
email and right-click where you want the GIF to display and click "Paste." You can also click on a specific GIF on the Giphy website to visit
the GIF's specific page. On this page, you find options to copy an embed code or a
link or send it directly to another person using social media channels or email.
The link and the embed code both work on most email platforms.

You can insert a GIF in Outlook, Gmail or any other common email platform and the email will still encounter the same issue on the receiving end.
Lead with a plain text email and do not send a GIF until
you receive a response. After you receive the response, the recipient's email server has identified you as a
trusted source. Send the GIF in any email going forward, and it should be
received unless the receiving party manually flags the email as
spam.
