Several days of heavy rain and flooding in southeast China's
province of Jiangxi have left nearly 1.08 million people affected and forced more than 60 000
to evacuate. In 5 days to July 2, when the rains finally stopped, 55 county-levels with a
total of nearly 1.08 people were affected, 156 homes were destroyed
and 219 damaged. Authorities relocated 63 000 people and reported damage on at
least 70 300 ha (173 715 acres) of crops. Direct economic loss
is estimated at about 161 million U.S. Le'an River was above the danger mark in 3 locations in the province on July 3 while the Xinjiang river stood slightly
above the danger mark in Yingtan. Jiangxi has a typical northern subtropical
monsoon climate. Its rainy season starts in April, with May and June the wettest, and ends in July.

A good example for this was the LUKS NUKE feature in Kali, which allows the user to "self destruct" their hard drive.
What advice would you give to others that want to take on a similar
project? In the world of Unix-derived operating systems, we all
stand on the shoulders of giants. Going back to the original Berkeley
source, to the initial Linux kernel, to the GNU toolset,
to the modern Debian distribution, in all cases every Linux distribution is a true community effort.
The biggest advice I would have is "don't be afraid to leverage existing infrastructure where possible."
Why recreate the wheel unless you have to, especially when you can take an existing one
and simply modify it for your purposes. This interview has been edited for clarity.

While you may think the hardest part of getting your online business up and running is the planning and development of your Web site, your battle at that point is really only half
won. You still have to get people to visit your site, and as if that weren't enough -- you also
have to get them to buy something once they get there (assuming your site's purpose is to sell something).
According to Media Metrix, the Web saw an estimated
$73 billion in retail revenue in 2002, and that number
is expected to jump to $118 billion by 2005. So how do you
get some of that action for your own Web site? Well, first you
have to get people to your site. But how do you do that?
How much does it cost? What works the best? Use search
engines and get high rankings within keyword searches.
Get PR about your site in local, regional or national press.
Existing rules: Use the Enable-TransportRule or Disable-TransportRule cmdlets.
The value is displayed in the State property of the rule.
You can create a disabled rule, and enable it when you're ready to test it.
Or, you can disable a rule without deleting it to preserve the settings.
Defer the message if rule processing doesn't complete RuleErrorAction You
can specify how the message should be handled if the rule processing can't be completed.
By default, the rule will be ignored, but you can choose to resubmit the message
for processing. Match sender address in message SenderAddressLocation If the rule uses conditions
or exceptions that examine the sender's email address,
you can look for the value in the message header, the message envelope, or both.
Stop processing more rules StopRuleProcessing This is an action for
the rule, but it looks like a property in the EAC.
You can choose to stop applying additional rules
to a message after a rule processes a message.
