Sportswear giant Nike filed federal lawsuits on Monday against rivals New
Balance and Skechers, accusing them of infringing patents
related to Nike Air Max

The lawsuits said that several New Balance athletic shoes and Skechers sneakers misuse
Nike's patented 'Flyknit' technology yeezy boost 350 v2 zebra for sale running, soccer and basketball

Nike has previously sued Adidas Pure Boost מחיר, Puma and Lululemon for

The Beaverton, Oregon, company's website said that its Flyknit technology 'uses high-strength fibers to create lightweight uppers

This is not the first time the sneaker giant has brought action against Skechers, after they also sued in 2016 claiming the same

Nike's complaint against Boston-based Kawhi new Balance shoes review Balance,
filed in Massachusetts federal court, said shoes from New Balance's Fresh
Foam, FuelCell White And Blue Jordan’S 4
other lines violate Nike's patent rights.
It sued Manhattan Beach, cement retro 4s California, brand Skechers in Los Angeles, claiming that white retro shoes, including Skechers' Ultra Flex and
Glide Step brands, yeezy boost resale
value infringed on its patents.

amount of money damages and court orders permanently blocking New Balance and Skechers from infringing
the patents.

Skechers did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the Monday lawsuits, while New Balance have since said in a statement: 'New Balance
fully respects competitors' intellectual property rights, but

does not own the exclusive right to design and produce
footwear by traditional manufacturing methods that
have been used in the industry for decades.
'We will vigorously defend ourselves against Nike's
attempts to enforce its patents beyond their lawful scope.'
This is not the first time the sneaker giant has brought action against Skechers - it also sued in 2016 claiming the same patent had been violated.
The same technology has also been cited in red black nike shoes's ongoing lawsuit with Lululemon which began at the start of
the year.
It was claimed that the Canadian retailer's Chargefeel, Blissfeel and Strongfeel shoes all constitute a breach.
And going as far back as 2012, Nike took action against Adidas for their 'Primeknit' technology being too
different to their rival's - with a number
of other cases between the two rivals happening since.
