Hunter Dickinson had 18 points and eight rebounds to help top-ranked Kansas roll to a 99-61 victory over Manhattan Friday night in Lawrence, Kan.
Kevin McCullar Jr. added 15 points and seven rebounds, while Johnny Furphy scored 15 vapormax off white black the bench
