All that will definitely change in the future because of their extended
warranty which I have only need ONCE and while I got a service date they
said I wasn't under warranty which I AM. Will never purchase again. I
will absolutely not purchase another whirlpool product.
These appliances are more costly to purchase and significantly more costly to repair for two primary reasons.
They are likewise considered as more vitality effective with
alternate parts of the refrigerator to have shifted for various types of
sustenance items. My appliances have been not working for 2 months and replacement parts are on back order now for 6 weeks!
Now we are bombarded with problems with your appliances and
no one seems to care! Now a month later still no freezer.
After a month of having my wife complain, I placed
calls to customer service on December 31st, January 25th, March 16th and
today April 13th. All I want is a replacement knob.
Freezer quit. Purchased through PC Richards and can't get the part after a month.
