All that will definitely change in the future because of their extended warranty
which I have only need ONCE and while I got a service
date they said I wasn't under warranty which I AM.
Will never purchase again. I will absolutely not
purchase another whirlpool product. These appliances are more costly
to purchase and significantly more costly to repair

replacement parts are on back order now for 6 weeks! Now we are bombarded with
problems with your appliances and no one seems to care!
Now a month later still no freezer. After a month of having my wife complain, I
placed calls to customer service on December 31st, January 25th, March 16th and today April 13th.
All I want is a replacement knob.

I called customer service and they just said they were sorry for

Customer service doesn't matter, backing your product means nothing, and corporate office only sells subpar products and they really don't care.
So I look to companies that stand behind their products and make customer satisfaction a priority.
