Should have known from the most unhelpful angle of the lady who answered
the telephone once I ordered who, after I requested how to hold it
sharp, replied "we don't get involved in advice for that". They
don't get entangled in ergonomic design and durable quality
both if my customer expertise is something to go by.
The secateurs grew to become blunt shortly (quicker than my cheap own brand ones) and have a poor quality plastic lock too.Not impressed and really
disenchanted.
