On the BOINC Manager "Notices" I see a post...

Period Search Application needs 95.37MB more disk space. You currently have 0.00 MB available and it needs 95.37 MB.

... yet I can, obviously, see that "Periodic Search Application" is alive and well and running on here right now.

Check your limits in the boinc manager -> preferences -> disk

You can also check disk usage for each project in the project list. Asteroids uses very little disk space, but other projects might exceed the default limits and prevent downloading any new work, or you could be running out of space for other reasons...

That error will not stop BOINC from completing work units that are already downloaded. However, that error will prevent the downloading of new work. You need to either free up more disk space OR allow BOINC to use more in the preferences.

You're right, it has completed them all and not downloaded any more. Weird thing is, neither have any other projects. Additionally, the notice on BOINC Manager now says it needs 47.08 MB, and right now, the machine, which is normally 100% busy, is showing just 30% busy, which is mostly Folding@Home.

Where is the setting that they are talking about? Surely, if it is set to zero, nothing would run... and that is what I am seeing now.

Right now, there are no WUs so you will not get any regardless of computer settings etc:
https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/server_status.php

The setting is located in the BOINC under the options menu --> computing preferences
Once there, click the "Disk" tab to change settings
Also, check your storage drive, there is a chance you are simply low on disk space!
